Together, we want to offer a delicate experience, where we will have a creative Sunday afternoon, full of deep connection with yourself.

We are convinced that yoga and art are powerful tools for self-care and self-healing.

Our program will feature:

• Yogatherapy through gentle postures and conscious breathing;

• Inner dive with guided meditation;

• Art Therapy with music and free creation through watercolor (material included).

Brotherly snack at the end.
